משנה ברורה רפ״ב — ד"ה (א) מוציאין וכו' - יש לומר
Mishnah Berurah 282:1
When removing the Torah from the ark, one recites "Baruch shemei" at the opening of the ark whether on Shabbat or on a weekday, and both the person giving the Torah scroll and the person receiving it must use their right hand, even if one is left-handed.
(א) מוציאין וכו' - יש לומר בריך שמיה בפתיחת הארון בין בשבת ובין בחול. והנותן ס"ת והמקבלו צריך שיהא בימין ואפילו אם הוא איטר יד אין לשנות בזה:
