אִלֵּין תְּלַת יַרְחִין, דְּדִינָא קַשְׁיָא שַׁרְיָא בְּעָלְמָא וּמָאי נִינְהוּ. תַּמּוּז, אָב, טֵבֵת, (נ"א שבט) מַאי מַשְׁמַע.
These are the three months in which the world is under the aegis of stern Justice, namely Tammuz, Ab, and Tebet. And what mean these words?
