A — People crushed by "קוצר רוח ועבודה קשה" can only hear about immediate relief — not about lofty future promises like entering the Land; Moshe's first message included the distant goal, which is why they could not absorb it. Hashem therefore re-commands him to speak only of the IMMEDIATE redemption from Egypt — adjusting the message to what they were capable of hearing in their present state.
